“Speed of service was great as was the providsion of activation procedure. However details shown on the procedure did not match the actual Microsoft pages. In particular no option for "Sign in with another account" appeared. Managed to work around that OK so not a big deal”

“The product I ordered, Quickbooks 2024 with Enhanced Payroll turned out to not have a payroll key which was the reason I purchased the software from Software Kings. After a few back and forth emails explaining the problem, Software Kings offered a full refund because they said it was mislabled and should only be "+ Payroll". So, I didn't get the software I ordered but they refunded my payment fully. Disappointed, but they did the right thing.”
