“Th technical help I received from Software Kings was exceptional. I think we have all had bad experiences with tech help; their team is by far the best I have ever encountered. My issues were very challenging, but they would not give up and were able to solve my problems. 5 stars are not enough!”

“I had a bit of trouble getting through the process, mostly due to not reading the instructions carefully enough. The team was very helpful in directing my efforts and providing an updated key when the first one did not work. I found the process relatively painless, and I would do it again without hesitation.”

“I withhold my opinion until I get my tech friend to check my computer to see if I in fact removed someting that stopped me from downloading my purchase. Currently I do not have access because of this. My tech in out of country on vacation at the moment so this is an inconvenience for me.”

“There was an issue with a coupon code and with in less than an hour they had reached out to me an fixed the problem. Fantastic customer service. 😊 Alex was very responsive and was able to quickly resolve the issue. I would definitely buy from them again. Very satisfied.”

“Transaction was flawless. Process was perhaps a bit confusing but the support was excellent. I haven’t used the licenses yet so I have no comments in that area. My build is still a couple of weeks out.”

“I had to call Teck support to better undertand getting the key and the installing. Very happy with the support person I had help me. Once it was explained how to do the install's it worked perfect. Just point, hit enter and everything downloads and installs.”
