“The buying process was great, but for a moment I thought I got scammed because I didn’t see my Windows key anywhere and I just got a tutorial on how to put Windows on my device. At the end tho I found it in my emails buried. The customer service was really good, I sent an email to let them know about my problem and they replies to me really fast. Overall a great experience.”

“Although I purchased MS Office 2024 I was presented with an indication in the download step that said MS 365 + Outlook. After several tries Adriana was able to guide me through the steps to get 2024 downloaded. We exchanged a number of emails in the process. Adriana was very patient and thorough throughout the process.”

“I ran into a problem resetting the password and contacted them using whatsapp, (there is no big black chat button at the bottom of the website..). It took a while (about 1 hr) but eventually a very helpful person sorted it out for me and I've renewed my Microsoft 365. I'd have given 5 stars if the password reset problem hadn't caused the issue, but all is good now.”
