“Purchasing the software was easy installing it was a little bit difficult, but it was not your fault. When I sent you an email stating my problem Adriana reply very fast and she sent me the link directly. One thing that I needed to do that I did not do before was uninstall the old program then install the new program. I suggest before given instruction how to install the new program is to ask."if you have an old program please uninstall it before you proceed with the steps" I am my second language person and I got a little bit confused because of the English barrier.”
