Hi Phil, I'm sorry that you found the deliver slow. Unfortunately when shipping packages to Denmark the mail service isn't the quickest i'm afraid but we'll take your feedback onboard and look into ways we can improve that shipping time Thanks

We do have a full returns/refund policy which we're always happy to oblige you with should you dislike your purchase there is no obligation to keep the item. As always we'd welcome that you emailed our customer support so that we could have helped you with any initial problem that you had with your order. Unfortunately we haven't heard from you
