What a waste of money. Total tat. Worth about £2. A mug from the sponser, 1 coaster and beer mat. Shame i thought these could be used as bday present but i would be embarrassed A total rip off.

Bought a mystery box and all items were not worth it at all, considering the items they have in stock of the team I purchased I really think more could of been added, really not happy with what was in the box only good thing was the mug, what’s the point of 1 coaster at least make it 4 the normal you’d buy in a shop. The rest was not worth it at all real shame coz I thought the store would of been a place I would return for future purchases better off going elsewhere

I purchased a so-called golf towel(Huddersfield Town 20-21 Home golf towe ). The item is not much bigger than a large handkerchief and is not even made of towelling. It would be of little or no use for the winter golfer except to show that you supported Huddersfield. The item cost £19.99 but not worth half of that.

Bought a Wigan Athletic Springfield Park case for my S10. Looked brilliant when I first got it but now just 2 months later the picture has started to peel off, in another few months it'll probably be gone completely leaving me with a clear phone case. Poor quality.

Beach Towel (a Father's Day gift) never turned up. Was told on the 2nd June this item "was on its way" . Now the 23rd June and have had to give up waiting.. Had good communication with Paul at DNAB support who suggested the problems were due to Hermes but after a string of promises from Hermes & Paul that the item would be delivered on that day (five times!) and waiting in - have asked for and received a refund. Disappointed not to receive an apology. Would not shop with The Terrace again.

My item never turned up, despite communication and saying unsure why it wasnt dispatched, then saying they would dispatch the next day.... still hasn't arrived

I recently purchased a Sheffield Wednesday towel for my 12 yr old son for our holiday that we are currently on, after seeing many people post about your towels and products I decided to purchase a towel, the towel came and I was very disappointed with the colouring and the quality of the towel it was very under what ai expected with paying nearly £30 with postage, I will be asking for a refund when I am back in the UK.

I recently purchased an Sheffield Wednesday towel for my 12 yr old son for our family holiday that we are currently on now and when the towel arrived the quality of the towel was more than below what I had expected from all the posts I had read from people. The towel has a very low colour quality and the overall quality of the towel is very below what ai had expected and will be asking for a refund when I return to the UK.

Hi Graham, I'm sorry you don't like the material we use for towels. We do have a full returns/refund policy which we're always happy to oblige you with should you dislike your purchase there is no obligation to keep the item. As always we'd welcome that you emailed our customer support so that we could have helped you with any initial problem that you had with your order. Unfortunately we haven't heard from you

I made an order which was apparently sent out 3 times when I was not home. I emailed and asked where it was to be told it would be resent via Royal Mail and I'm still waiting ... really poor

Hi Gary, I'm sorry that you weren't home on the 3 occasions that the courier attempted to deliver. Unfortunately as a signature is required someone has to be present to receive the package. As advised previously as the courier is now returning the package to us once it arrives we'll be resending it to you at our cost via Royal Mail to ensure if you're not available that it'll be available at the Post Office for you to pick up at a time that is convenient. Unfortunately when a delivery isn't successful this is the procedure that we follow. Regards
