My train was cancelled I tried to get a refund of €26 The site refused due to refund administrative costs? Just the same as stealing money. Shocking .

I paid TWICE for a ticket without any reasonable reason and now I'm still waiting from them to solve it - I want my refund! I was a very often customer, now I will never buy tickets with them again (I work traveling, I travel a lot) and I won't recommend it for ANY of you, my friends and colleagues.

The train company cancelled my train, Trainline will not give me my refund even though I provided the deactivated refund voucher sent to me by OUIGO. Worst company I have ever dealt with, I have to go to the credit card company to get my money back.

Telephoned customer service and they were very helpful and got me the cheapest tickets to London. I then rang to change the return journey time, again very helpful an easy process. I finally had to cancel the whole journey and downloaded the app to do this. Again very easy process and refund was back in my bank in 2 working days. Very impressed!

On purchasing my two together railcard with the help from my younger neighbour we found it fairly straight forward until we got into my railcard app when we noticed our photo,s were missing of off the card after extensive investigation we rang a customer service phone number of which turned out to be in Mumbai in India and the lady helped me to sort it out so not straight forward as one would hope.

Got in touch with Trainline re the awful journey home from Bath Spa requesting a refund. Full refund within 5 days of requesting same. First class service and very easy instructions.
