Why am I still waiting after 5 weeks for my corner sofa delivered wrong one so took it away waited another week ended up with a 3 and 2 discusting and josh is no good to anyone's d I have reported you to trade and standards

You accepted a 3 and 2 as a alternative, the sofa you originally ordered was delivered however you ordered the incorrect facing and as such it wasn't suitable, we then redelivered at no additional charge the 3 and 2 which you accepted as an alternative since as the correct facing was not in stock.
