“THIS COMPANY IS SCAM I ordered a Briggs & Riley bag at 57USD and got a pair of Tom Ford sunglasses of course FAKE . I emailed them and they offered a backpack which wasn't what I wanted , I asked for a refund they offered 30%as they had to paid the courier for sending the sunglasses after lots of emails they offered 50% that was on 4th December and guess what to date they haven't paid the money back . They are based in China not Birmingham as its says on the web site. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY ALL THEY DO IS TAKE YOUR MONEY FOR ITEMS THAT THEY DO NOT HAVE .”
“This company is a scam !
We ordered three backpacks from their website. They have sent a scarf instead, from China. Even though they are “based” in Birmingham, they are operating out of China. Ever since they mixed up the order, they are not willing to refund our money back and they kept offering us to buy from them from a different/fashion website. They just con you in with these backpacks as apparently they ran out of all of it. But somehow they are still selling these backpacks even today.
We even wanted to return the scarf so we can get a full refund but they wanted us to pay a big shipping fee for returning it to China, after the fact that they admitted making a mistake themselves and sending us something completely different. They keep wanting to refund only 30% of our money! Why? So they can pocket £60-70 of our money. If a Customer doesn’t get the items ordered, should get a full refund but somehow they think they are above all laws here in the UK.
Big big Scam ! Never buy from them as you’ll just loose your money !!!”
