“My only complaint with Thinkmoney is the call waiting times, as I don’t always have the time to wait. It’s also frustrating that there are times when the Thinkmoney card is not accepted by the retailer, particularly at self-service petrol stations. Other than that I have no complaints, as since opening my account over 10 years ago I have never been overdrawn or missed a payment, which has had a really positive affect on my credit rating.”
