“From checking in our bags to the flight very unhappy personnel, in flight attendants were bad mannered and one in particular far too old. They need to spend more time looking after customers instead of talking with each other too much. Not even welcomed on board, more concerned about their night out. Overall very very poor.”
“Prices change mid booking. While you are looking for a deal online the price you see initially changes when you proceed to booking.. this jumps up by at least £100 in my experience. Initial offers are very deceaving. Also you have to pay for entertainment on board and some of their planes are shabby with broken seats”
