“They have let down a lot of people including me not at all happy about the millions the CEO has taken out of this Airline. After so many years it's a shame they could'nt find much better Management”
“From checking in our bags to the flight very unhappy personnel, in flight attendants were bad mannered and one in particular far too old. They need to spend more time looking after customers instead of talking with each other too much. Not even welcomed on board, more concerned about their night out. Overall very very poor.”
