“Threadless is an excellent website for unique apparel and accessories made by up-and-coming designers. It's free of brand bias or ulterior motives, so the designs are simply the whimsies of the artist; which, in my opinion, are the best designs. The apparel isn't high fashion, as the designs are screen-printed onto basic Tshirts and such, but it is still something to attract the attention of others when worn.”
“Threadless uses contracted printing shops for various items. They do not uphold a high quality standard at all. More than 50% of the items I've ordered in 2025 have had defects. This includes everything from t-shirts to hoodies to mugs. They can't get the printing straight. The printing contains defects with streaks or entire chunks missing. Is a human being even LOOKING at these before they go out the door? It's shameful. Threadless has reprinted a handful of items for me and has refunded me for others. It is very hard to have a Threadless shop for my nonprofit when there's a high chance that my donors/clients are going to get something defective from their shoddy suppliers. Stay far away.”
“These people are rude & extremely unprofessional. I have a order im waiting to allegedly have delivered by now from UPS. They can't locate my order & are telling me it's still processing yet I was emailed on the 12th telling me my order already shipped out for delivery of today at 10:30am. Well I don't have what I ordered & they're obviously definitely lying to me.”
