“I wish I had read the return/exchange policy before ordering. I order from Natural Life frequently, and their policy is AMAZING. That is my fault for not looking into it. The dress I recieved is the size I ordered, but it is too large. I wanted to exchange it, and after FOUR e-mails, someone finally responded that I can return it if I pay for shipping, which was almost $10. Not worth my time or the effort. When someone finally did get back with me, she did a good job but again, the return "policy" is very inconvenient for shoppers, and will not recommend this company to friends. I will be sticking with Natural Life from now on.
I ended up not returning the item as it wasn't worth the hassle.”

I probably could have gone with a small but I’m okay with it hanging on my hips. Not to big. It is quite lone like other reviewers so I’ll have to hem but again not a problem for me and yes LIVE IT! I also purchased a black long sleeve tee-shirt. Size small was perfect!”
