It was outside the 3 day window (15 days to be exact), and it had been worn once. I don’t feel like overalls that cost over $100 should start to come apart after one wear and one wash. Very, very disappointed in the LACK of customer service. They were friendly in rejecting my claim. I’ll give them that.”
“Love the clothes this company has, BUT the return /exchange policy is awful. Can't return anything unless you want to pay $8 plus to do so, no exchange offered. Was told to buy same item in a smaller size when I received an XL dress the size of a camping tent (best guess would 3XL or so actual size range ) and then return the item i purchased by paying $8 to do so ( item was priced at $16) s aller size was not available, and I won't be paying anyone to keep something I purchased. Shein and Temu have figured out a way to return and exchange cheap $3 and $5 items , Three Bird Nest is very expensive and should certainly have a strong return /exchange policy. Sucks because the clothes really are nice !”
