Hi Denise! You can use one of the following three options for your return:
1. Complete a return using our Happy Return Return Bars for a cost of $7.95 that's deducted from your refund, and get your refund back to you when you drop off the return. (This is the quickest and usually the cheapest option, and it doesn't require you to print anything off!) Note: Due to the complexity of refunds, orders placed with a tiered discount or BOGO deals are not eligible for Return Bars.
2. Complete a return request through our Happy Returns Return Portal and request a shipping label for a cost of $9.85. Print off your label and ship the box back to us. We ask you please return the items in the smallest-sized return package you have.
3. Using your personal label have your return sent back to our warehouse:

“I love this top. I tried it on when I got it and it's so cute. However, I gently washed it (as I wash all my clothes when I first get them) and some parts of the lace and other material have turned a yellowish color. I came back online to look at the pictures. The green dye has definitely turned a yellowish tint in some places after washing. I don't love the color now, but I still think the top is so cute.”
