“I have ordered several times. And I like the options and believe that they have a good shipping program as it is timely and efficient. The only drawback I have found that they don’t have a good return program and have had one item that was abnormally small and I feel stuck with an expensive (to me) item that I can’t wear.”

My order came undamaged, with all of the correct items and sizes. Not everything fit quite as expected, but I hit the jackpot on a few of my items.
(go for those rompers ladies!) The sizing charts were helpful, but I base my decision mostly off of actual measurements & reviews.
It's tricky shopping on line. I do wish 3bn would reconsider their return policy. I feel that most of their items are somewhat overpriced. Paying double shipping to return a purchase made based off of a guess? That just makes me hold back on ordering until I can actually try an item on, or it goes on sale.

“Styles are cute, and I have ordered many things over the past year or so. Customer service is good. I do, however, have suggestions for improvement:
1. The shipping rate is outrageous, and can't be waived for less than $150, which is FAR more than similar shops charge. It means I don't buy much that requires a shipping charge unless it's a 40% off sale or an outfit of the week.
2. The quality is hit or miss. Some stuff is great and durable, others paper thin or constructed badly. Their buyers need to look at more than how cute it is.
3. Some petite choices would be great. Otherwise, anything that isn't cropped is 5-6" too long.
4. Some diversity in models-in size, race and age-would be appreciated. Tall blonds look good in everything and don't give you a good idea of how it might fit on a non-model.
5. Some things are vastly overpriced for what they are.”
