“I came to the store and asked for a cable for my charger as I lost mine and a guy showed me a cable which both of the connection was the same but I didn't not realised that at that point, so I came to exchange it the next day but they refused as I opened the box apparently. Also the salesperson ask me several time if I have the adapter got the charger, so I do not understand why this happened?”

“My contract ends on 17/05/20. I informed them one month before I am leaving my contract.my rental is 55.22 pounds per a month. Then they said if you are leaving you have to pay 85 pounds I paid now they have sent a bill I have to pay another 56 pounds. I don't recommend any one three network. Very bad network coverage and bad customer service too.”
