I vented about how unhappy I was about being sold the phone I didn’t want,the store responds with “we are sorry for the confusion contact us so we can assist you further” only for them to tell me the same things they told me the day I bought the phone…somebody please explain to me how is this helpful,lik what was the point of them asking me to contact them only to reopen wounds and put salt in it…I am mad all over again

I came to the store and asked for a cable for my charger as I lost mine and a guy showed me a cable which both of the connection was the same but I didn't not realised that at that point, so I came to exchange it the next day but they refused as I opened the box apparently. Also the salesperson ask me several time if I have the adapter got the charger, so I do not understand why this happened?

Very bad service .. I was waiting half hour to buy a new phone and there is a girl who was working there just ignore me . I’m a three customer since 6 years . Really so sad of this service .

Very poor I cant recommended enough that you seek a better provider it will not be hard to find one three are very poor all round

My contract ends on 17/05/20. I informed them one month before I am leaving my contract.my rental is 55.22 pounds per a month. Then they said if you are leaving you have to pay 85 pounds I paid now they have sent a bill I have to pay another 56 pounds. I don't recommend any one three network. Very bad network coverage and bad customer service too.
