“A total disgrace for a major motorway service station in the UK. The road surfaces in and out are full of pot holes and the car park is even worse. How do they get away with this”

I went in whsmith and the woman with blonde her was on her phone .
She didn't care and she was too busy with what was happening with her phone call . I walked out”
“Told yes showers working paid £30 to park up for the night to be smuggly told but boiler isn't so you will have to have a freezing shower if you want one.This boiler has been broken for weeks and they clearly don't care about their customers. just want your money”
“Very rude girl who literally couldn't be bothered to do her job. Looked sullen and had arms folded, didn't say hello or smile. Terrible customer service. Everyone else was very nice.”
“What an absolute shithole only 1 toilet so had to queue for ages couldn't use the other side as on crutches. Toilet seat broken no soap, hand sanitizers empty. And they charge £22 80 for 4 teas and 4 cake slices. At least Dick Turpin wore a mask. Exorbitant prices but no fucks given. The management need sacking and replaced with people who can do a decent job.”
“Dreadful food at Fresh Food cafe! Had fish finger wrap and the wrap was totally inedible. Couldn’t even cut it with a knife. Ordered 2 Flat White coffees from Costa which were Luke warm and pretty tasteless. Came away with clothes smelling of fried food.
Thin, cheap toilet paper in toilets.
Avoid these services if you can. ☹️”
“If you have a caravan give it a miss. One space is ok the other is adjacent to a hedge which makes it difficult to get out of the car on the passenger side or access caravan. Ridiculous.”
“The parking for caravans is the worst I have ever experienced. The bays alongside the verge are too small and a lorry and animal trailer parked in them. We have then had to drive through car park to exit with speed bumps not designed for caravans which hit and A frame our jockey wheel. On southbound you have plenty of spare land to create drive through spaces at top end of car park. On northbound we had to park with wagons and dodge the pot holes. Will be looking for better services.”
“I'm not someone who leaves reviews, however, today I bought what I think was the worse takeaway fish and chips I have ever had. Hard chips, scolding hot mushy peas and a piece of battered fish, swimming in oil, that had been broken into pieces to fit in the box. It went in the bin. I'd stopped to break up my.long journey to relax and eat before continuing. I couldnt relax, and I didnt eat The price? 7.99.”
