“Terrible signage. Had to go to exit & back in to get to the car area. The toilets were clean but toilet paper is very, very thin and the tap water is cold. The whole place smells of fried food/old chip oil. Even just walking to the toilets and back deposited fried food odours into my hair and clothes.”
“Went to the Fresh Food Cafe and asked for a cheese and mushroom bagel, it advertises fresh food, when it arrived it was piping hot but as I bit into it it was freezing cold, I took it back and was given a disgruntled refund, staff were miserable. I also went to Costa coffee at the same services and asked for a small latte, which cost nearly £4 and it was warm, standards are definitely very low in this services, I won't recommend anyone to come to it. This is a sincere review.”
“Food area OK, but the ladies toilets were disgusting to say the least, broken toilets, feaces in toilets flushed but not flushed away, there were only a few toilets that were fit for purpose. Quite a few people were complaining as they walked in how disgusting it was. The smell of urine was quite bad too.”
