“Great customer service and great correspondence. Callum from ticket arena Contacted the event organiser and venue for confirmation of disabled access for me. All I had to do was buy the tickets and make some enquiries. Ticket arena sorted the rest. So simple and easy.”

“i was unable to attend the new date of the artwork night in febraury after buying tickets to see him in november/october 2018, canal mills told me i would not be getting my money back , and ticket arena refunded the ticket with no trouble, 10/10 service. thank you!”
