“Having not used some drinks vouchers purchased from ticket arena.. these were then refunded by ticket arena wich i find very helpfull and reassuring... ticket arena are a good honest company.”

“I was pleased with the prompt reply. The answer to my query came quickly and I appreciate that. Only one thing was not clear and I wish it had been: We had confirmed seats which was great to know. What I did not know, though, was that it was not really open seating but the wristband we got when going through the gate had a number on it and that was our seat number. I was under the impression because we had no seat number on the ticket itself, that it would be an area of open seating. I would have liked to have known that ahead of time. Plus, our "guide" told us to sit anywhere in the "F" section which is the letter on the wristband, but that wasn't really correct - we had assigned seats and would have been in others' seats if we had truly sat anywhere within the "F" area so that was also misleading. But, you did answer my query and next time I need to know to ask more than I did:-)”
