This company is literally failing to communicate with customers, causing much undue stress. Do not buy from this company! I will not make the mistake again.

I was unable to obtain my refund due to issues with the site and now I have money left on the wristband that I can’t get back.

The fact that they charged me for a locker I never got and then tried to pass the buck to slammin vynal I am very unsatisfied with the service I recived

Refund policy sucks! Event canceled after already entering venue. Refund given to day ticket buyers but non for those who purchased the more expensive 4 day pass

I didn’t get my ticket for Mint Festival... The Royal Mail said that someone in my family signed for it when nobody did, upon calling your helpline they told me that it was at the Royal Mail collection centre near my house. I only realised that my ticket was there on the day before the event. The operator on the line said to call back the next day and they could organise a ticket for me at the event when he fine we’ll knew the lines would be closed. When I went to the Royal Mail service they then proceeded to tell me they lost my ticket so I wasn’t able to go. I now want a refund for a ticket that I didn’t receive in the first place and am being told no? My order number is 8318109

I submitted an inquiry re: refunds, the person helping me did not read my inquiry correctly, sent me an email with next steps that were not a viable solution for my problem and then closed out the inquiry immediately (I know this because after their last communication to me I got a link to this very survey seconds later). Not cool – didn’t even wait to make sure you’d actually helped your customer!

I buy the tikets on the day 4 of september and still waiting for recive it 15 days after. The only solution I have is to contact support 5 days before if I haven't receive it. If you can't send it, why did you offer it? many thanks

Company just cancelled and refunded my tickets without my permission. When asked, i have been suggested to buy the tickets again and a sky high price this time. Order no 8283179

I tried to enter sito muy ticket on New Year’s day and they told me that it was duplicated, when I asked the customer service they told me that the ticket had not been used but at the entrance I had to pay again
