“I had an issue with my email which resulted in me missing the deadline date for my ticket. I had contacted ticket arena, they were really helpful and helped me get an extension on the payment which meant me getting my ticket.”

“I had an issue with getting my etickets sent to me as I had the wrong email address set up. I am always weary of emailing companies as I find that it takes a long time to get a reply however ticket arena’s staff made sure they were replying quickly. Amazing”
