“ Such a complicated way to buy tickets plus so many fees. I choose (foolishly) to buy the missed event insurance. I went to claim my refund but can't get a refund cause I don't have documentation that my friends sitter has changed her mind about caring for her disabled Son. All I wanted was to give my friend of a severely disabled child a bit happiness and I feel like I have been scammed. Lost so much money. Stay away from them. ”
