And to add insult to injury, Ticketmaster has the audacity to refuse refunds to the misled customers! Ticketmaster allowed the venue/promoter to promote a concert with Tamar Braxton in the middle of the flyer for a show in St Louis on 2/18.

Taking ticket insurance is a waste of time and money as i was refused a refund due to a change of circumstances. Very disappointing, I will book through another company next time

Changed my seat the night before the event to cheaper seat right at the back of the venue and will not change my seats now as its the day of the event and will not refund me as the event isn't canceled

I talked to customer service at Ticketmaster and they said the original purchaser decided to get a refund and they refunded him.

When I contacted them they said they had already sent me the tickets in the initial email (which is a lie) and since I had received them they wouldn't refund my money.

Kept me waiting for a refund for 30 days then on the day said no, I spoke to them every 4 to 5 days with them saying we will be in touch which ended up giving me no time to resell or even give them away

As this was a Christmas present for my disabled son we asked for a refund, which Ticketmaster offered.
