Look at the state of this review page - this company are a disgrace. Froze my acount for no reason, ignored me for weeks, I fell behind on a lot of payments, no compensation offered. Never ever use.

On April 10, 2024, I applied for a Tide Business account. By April 24, I received a request for additional details. Despite exchanging four emails and providing all requested information, I sought clarification on one point. Subsequently, without explanation, my application seemed to be rejected. This was confusing, especially since the last correspondence from a Tide representative still requested further evidence. It appears my rejection was based solely on my request for clarification. My business partners, who are in the same industry, have not faced such issues, suggesting a potential error in my rejection. Despite numerous attempts to contact them, Tide has stopped responding to my emails. This experience has been frustratingly unproductive. The customer service agent involved was named Stella Anna.

Same issue here as everyone else. They keep copying and pasting the same message requesting more and more docs. No actual response to any of my own questions. Feels like I am just chatting to an AI. I have complied with their requests but they seem unable to make an accurate evaluation of a legitimate business. I’ve taken all my money out now and opened a new business account.

Tide blocked my business account for no reason on the 12th of April. I have been trying to get any answers from them without any luck. I raised an official complaint against them through resolver and I advise anyone here to look for further help or we can probably raise a group complaint against this company, because they act unlawfully and keep our money and refusing to release the funds blocked in our accounts.

Put a temporary pause on account on 21 January to "run extra checks". Despite repeated requests to explain or release funds they have failed to do so. Reading other reviews it would appear it is normal practice for this organisation to unlawfully withhold funds, do not use this platform Customer communication is also non existent

Worst bank same reasons as most reviews, they block access to your money and ask for many documentation even though documents are provided they still don't resolve the issue communication is awful there is no contact number for them so there making money from innocent people make sure u take ur money out the account immediately

I’m only disappointed this system doesn’t allow zero stars as this lot are diabolical. Ruined my business by freezing three accounts with no reason given. All we’re in Credit moving good sums through, never any issues and they made my life a nightmare. Please avoid

Suspended my account for 5 weeks. No access to my business due to a missing invoice which i forwarded them many times from their own invoicing facility!!.. they now decided to close my account and even then took 3 days to transfer my hard earned funds to my new account with a high st bank. Trading for 15 yrs..never had an issue until I came across this "bank". I'm now blocked on Facebook for spreading facts about my experience. Awful company.

Tide stopped my business account without reason. Impossible to talk to anybody. All answers to questions are by AI/bots. Took them forever to transfer my funds to a new account i had to set up. Avoid!

They stole my businessn account money. Kept asking for documentation. Thenblocked my account. Now wont even reply to my messages. Scammers. Can we take them to court? Or pay a visit in person to their offices?

One day couldn’t log in. Have had a million email conversations to no avail. Keep getting asked to try again. My business accounts now ruined and missed tax assessment a result. Still haven’t got my money back! It’s been 6 months!

Very poor customer service they ask stupid questions again and again and they keep giving you headache over stupid things not sure if they are familiar with how things work in uk as the question a transaction paid out to electrician £485 so I explained to them he is electrician done some work for me then I sent them the invoice that was 2 week ago and till now the ask me if I have any more communication or chats to clarify this transaction !! Not sure what they mean but clearly they don't know how things work in uk . Why I need to email electrician to change a light In my business and how the invoice from the electrician is not enough!! Not sure on what basis they put this request but it is nothing but Waste of time Dot recommend them at all unless you have nothing to do but messaging them all the day every day can't wait to switch to Natwest

For no reason given my bank account is no longer linked in my app I can't get an email response or chat response my account has a good positive balance and I can't access it. I would NOT recommend this bank.

Absolute scam of a company, 5 days after I made my initial deposit to their savings account they requested lots of very intrusive documents, then 3 days later they froze my account and I can no longer make any withdrawals. Stay far away from these con artists.
