Hei Vegar, trist at du ikke har mottatt pakken ennå. Bestillingen ble lagt fredag kveld 28 April. Ingenting blir sendt i helgen, og 1 mai var også en offentlig fridag i Sverige, så bestillingen ble sendt først 2 mai, så i dag er den femte hverdagen etter at vi sendte pakken, og det er ikke uvanlig at det tar lang tid til fjerne destinasjoner som Alta. Selv FedEx der vanligvis leverer på 1-2 dager som regel ta opp til 5 dager så langt nordover. Pakken er blevet sendt uten forsinkelse, men vi beklager at leveringen dveler, og håper pakken kommer snart.

“Some days after having recieved my ordered ties I recieved a quite HUGE Bill from DHLexpress..First of all there was NO info reguarding this delivery- method during the purchase.. Secondly I would prefer normal post delivery over DHL express delivery any day!!I feel misled by Tieroom in this matter and would not have bought my ties there had I known this../And I dont concider import taxes in this)”

sorry you're dissatisfied and angry about our decision to upgrade you to DHL for free - most customers appreciate the gesture of free, quicker delivery + possibility to track the parcel. But the extra cost for yourself (customs fees and MVA) is the same (I think perhaps DHL takes 20 NOK more than the with regular mail, we can repay you that). The extra costs involved when shipping from EU to Norway are clearly specified in checkout in the webshop, under 'Oppsummering', where we also present the possibility for the customer to split orders and send in many parcels, if they contact us about it.So if you don't like receiving parcels with DHL for some reason, we're sorry about taking that decision without asking you first, but I assure you, the additional costs would have been more or less the same with regular mail.please don't hesitate to write to us again at info@tieroom.no if you wish to discuss this further (du kan skrive på norsk hvis du vil)med vennlig hilsenAnand, Tieroom customer service

sorry for the late response, your question came into our mail after working hours (09-16) - during office hours we normally respond within the hour. We're sad to hear you didn't receive your package, indeed, your should have received the package you ordered a week after that (Jan 8th), as well (have you?). We've heard of unusually late shipments from several Norwegian customers over Christmas and into the new year. It seems they've been having some trouble. We've heard from 8 Norwegian customers whose orders were sent on the same day as yours of long delays. Something has definitely gone wrong there. We've also heard from a couple of them that packages have finally started to turn up. I'll contact you via e-mail to try to resolve this matter as quickly as possible.

Hi!Sorry to hear you didn't receive your order yet. As you say, your order was placed on March 7, after hours though, hence sent the following day, Friday 8th. Our delivery time is 3-6 week days, meaning today is actually the last week day to receive within that time frame. Usually it's a bit faster than that, though, so I understand that it seems song, and that fact that delivery time went over two weekends of course contributed to that feeling.We'll of course make sure you receive what you ordered, resend if necessary.
