“This is the most incompetent company I've ever dealt with. We are Trade customers operating a LTD company we ordered Three pallets of porcelain now 4 days late and I have spoken to four different advisors, one manager and an assistant customer services manager and here's what I was told everyday. Day 1 overdue Were very sorry its at your local hub and will be delivered am the following day. It didn't arrive. Day 2 were sorry we don't know where it is as we don't track our orders (lies) they use nexus and can track consignments. Spoke with the manager he guaranteed it was being collect by a separate courier and would be with me the following day. Day 3 still no delivery as surprisingly it hadn't actually left l Leicester hub and that's clearly no place near Kent but would be with us the following day. Every time I called them as they are just to lazy to call there customer back and inform them on what's going on. We still haven't received our order so the saga continues. But according to one advisor "that's just how it is its only £1300.00 worth of an order" I would NOT recommend you use this company in fact I would suggest you keep as far away from them as you possibly can there are seriously incompetent and couldn't care less”

“Be Careful.....if you think you are getting cheaper deal.....there is definetly catch with that I purchased tiles from Tile Mountain as it was cheaper and looking good,however when i open the box after few days all the tiles (each and every tile) in box was damaged and when contacted Tile Mountain,they said you are out of 5 days window so they won't entertain my complaint Be careful of such dealers online,i would recommend not to Buy from them”

“First they said they would deliver on Thursday 15th April which they did come but could not get the tiles of the lorry I had stayed in all day, so they said they would have to bring them back the next day which they did My tiler has now got 3 full boxes of tiles and 3 bags of adhesive left over, I have rang but was told they do not take returns of surplus items apparently it’s on the bottom of my receipt ( which it is ) but I was not told this at point of sale, No other place where you can purchase tiles from does thus you can always take Full boxes back, I would not use this company again because you always have to add more on because of breakage and you need the batch number the same, but if you have got some over you CAN NOT get a refund....... “Bought Hanoi Gray tiles worst tiles av ever bought, after a short time the ingrained dirt set in that a cant remove, av bought expensive tile cleaners that don't remove the grim they look terrible am extremely disappointed with these tiles.”

“I had the worst experience ordering from Tile Mountain. Can't believe how terrible their service is. They were supposed to deliver on Friday. I had to stay home and wait for whole day, I even called them in the afternoon, they said they'll deliver today and still they didn't deliver. Saturday I called them again, they said they can only deliver earliest on Tuesday Morning!!!!! Tuesday with so much trouble at work I again stayed home waiting, and again they didn't deliver. I called them in the afternoon, was on hold for a long time, they said I just need to wait a bit more. They didn't deliver on Tuesday again! Finally on Wednesday around 5pm they delivered the tiles, and guess where they left such a heave package! 500m away from my house in front someone else house. I begged him to bring it at least in front of my garage but the driver threaten me that he will take the package back! Imagine all this time how much trouble I also caused my bathroom fitter for messing up his schedule. Will never order from this company and won't recommend them to anyone.”
