Still waiting for delivery which is 3 days late, booked a specific date for delivery so I could have tiler ready to start he has turned up to do work and now I need to rebook another tiler as he is not happy and neither am I.

We apologise that the goods did not arrive on the day specified. We use a third-party courier to fulfil all our deliveries and we are sorry that they have encountered delays with this order. This is currently being chased by our logistics team and a resolution will be reached promptly. First they said they would deliver on Thursday 15th April which they did come but could not get the tiles of the lorry I had stayed in all day, so they said they would have to bring them back the next day which they did My tiler has now got 3 full boxes of tiles and 3 bags of adhesive left over, I have rang but was told they do not take returns of surplus items apparently it’s on the bottom of my receipt ( which it is ) but I was not told this at point of sale, No other place where you can purchase tiles from does thus you can always take Full boxes back, I would not use this company again because you always have to add more on because of breakage and you need the batch number the same, but if you have got some over you CAN NOT get a refund....... Poor product. Wouldn’t use again and would use a local tile shop.
