“So easy and quick. I really appreciated the affordable and breezy sample process, and am growing to enjoy the convenience of Shop more and more. In the end the sample was not what we were looking for and we were out of time so had to seek the tile in-person elsewhere but I'll definitely keep Tile Club in mind for future work.”
“Shipping costs are a lot. My initial order of tiles was great, but then I had to order additional tile when some got damaged. My contractor estimated 1 box short of replacement tile so in the end it costed me $300 to ship 4 boxes of the tile. There should be a different shipping charge based on amount or if you previously purchased and need additional. I wouldn’t purchase again because of that.”
“The image of a certain tile I was interested did not actually represent what that tile looked like. There was only one image, not an example of what the tiles would look like together or an image of a floor done with them. I ordered a sample, which took a very long time to get. I still could not imagine what the end result would look like”
“The ordering was excellent, the Tile is Beautiful, I'm doing. Rain fall in my shower. However I ordered and extra box as I was afraid I would not have enough. I'm hoping they will take back this box as it has not been opened. I've requested a refund and return hope it works out.”
