“Very supportive customer service who I called for advice before online purchase. Tiles arrived before estimated delivery time and carrier assisted by placing boxes in hallway. Very happy with both the service and my tiles which are amazing quality and can't wait to see them on kitchen floor.”

“Patrick was extremely patient and helpful in ensuring I order the correct tiles and underfloor heat pad. He also checked with the suppliers with regard to thickness etc. When, we experienced delivery issues, Patrick took it upon himself to put alternatives in place ensuring they were delivered on time for our tiler to lay. Thank you Patrick”

“Very impressed at the speed of my replacement item. The grout container had split open which must have been caused by being dropped in transit by the courier. I contacted tillers-world immediately which was mid afternoon. My replacement arrived at 0830 hours the next day. I will certainly use again.”

“literally saved the day! I ordered tiles from a different company, who delivered less than I requested. When I realised (about half way through the job when we realised there were enough tiles) I queried this and I was told the tiles were out of stock and they couldn't help. i tried a few companies and the story was the same - all out of stock. so I contacted tilers-world and they went above and beyond to find the last two boxes of the tiles (possibly the last two boxes in existence!) and get them delivered to me quickly so the job could be finished. So impressed and grateful. won't go anywhere else in future.”

“Purchased tiles for the bathroom and had to call with a question prior to ordering. The advice received was second to none. He even went to the extreme of ring his suppliers to make sure that his answer were correct. Exemplary service, perfect product at a competitive price. Definitely use this retailer.”
