“I was a little concerned having read some of the reviews. However, I ordered my dog food and was happy when it arrived exactly one week later. Very reasonably priced and I was kept informed about delivery and progress of the order. Would certainly use again!”

“I have used this company for years (well originally as GJW Titmuss) and it was time for my regular order which occurs about every 6 weeks. Since just before Christmas the delivery has been slower than in the past so I decided to check recent reviews and I was worried by the bad reviews on here. I decided that, as I have never really had a problem other than slower delivery than normal, I would place my regular order but pay by PayPal just in case the problems are the only just occurring. How wrong I was! I place my order at 19.06 on 1st June and the bag of dog food was delivered today (4th June) before noon - that is excellent service!”

“I use time for paws regularly for my rabbit food. No issues with any of my orders, delivery can be around 1 -2 weeks depending on stick issues. Responding with tracking advice when I questioned when order was due over festive period.”

“I placed my order on the 23rd and it… I placed my order on the 23rd and it was delivered on the 29th. I was a little worried after reading a few reviews, as i hadn't used the company before, but i didn't need to worry. Turned up in good condition and it was what i ordered. Definitely going to order from again as price was cheaper than 2 of the main stores.”

“Can only speak as I find. I always order my cat food 8-10 days in advance of needing it just in case there's a delivery issue. I find Time For Paws consistently the cheapest by far with free delivery and it's normally here within 4-5 days. Leave yourself plenty of breathing time and I'm pretty sure you'll be ok, leave a couple of days and you could end up running out of food.”

“Order did not complete online but took payment on 22nd March, sent 2 emails. Email received 9 days later confirming above & new order now been sent to warehouse for packing. No email order confirmation has been received? Hopefully items will be received very soon.”

“I will use this company again the price is right , the delivery from ordering to receiving the goods was 9 days after reading a few reviews on here i tried to phone the company but they never answered so i sent an email got a reply within 24 hrs and my goods were delivered as promised”

“Placed a order 13.10.21 got the confirmation wanted to enquire about delivery had no reply from emails, found a phone number but no answer looked on here and started to get very concerned many shocking reviews. It's been delivered this morning alls good but they need to work on there customer service.”
