“I know it says 2-3 weeks delivery and I didn’t mind if it took slightly longer …… but still waiting and have not received the labels and I needed them next week. Not happy”

“Website looks cute and I was excited about my order. But it has been nearly 6 weeks and I still have not received my order. Please don't make it look like this is a NZ business with the .co.nz domain when actually the products are coming from Aus. The whole reason I ordered from Tinyme.co.nz was because I thought they were coming from New Zealand. It has actually caused a lot of stress in our household because I have a kid starting school and a kid starting daycare and I wanted to get all our stuff organised - because we didn't receive the labels, we have had to do all sorts of interim solutions with all of the shoes, clothing, pencils, bags, hats etc etc etc that we have to send along every day. Getting organised for this huge transition for us was a big part of managing the stress and taking care of my mental health. The labels were a big part of getting ready and organised. It has really been a pain, and I really have not enjoyed my experience with TinyMe. Very misleading and disappointing.”

“Still haven’t received my order. Was told to wait till 2/9 and then something would be organised. Have emailed but still haven’t heard back. Lack of tracking on orders is very poor.”

“Pretty disappointed, I have not received my order from a month and a half ago. I messaged your customer support only to be told that it should have arrived and to ask my other family members if they have taken it without my knowledge. I was asked for my address for a follow up and I still haven't had a response.”
