“Orders are shipped without tracking which is ridiculous it is just sent in an envelope like standard mail. When your package hasn’t arrived they advise they wait 2 weeks to deem it actually lost. So order your order well in advance if you’re wanting to make sure it gets here in time and who knows what happens next as I need labels for my daughter starting daycare but if they don’t arrive and they ship a new order it likely won’t arrive in time despite ordering at the start of September.”

“Great idea, but clothing label smudges and ruins clothes. The iron on labels need to be ironed frequently to ensure they stay attached to garmet. Sticky labels are great!”

“Very poor shipping, estimated delivery well off. No tracking given or even offered. Not willing to help until 2 weeks after the delivery was due. For the price we pay for the products and then the shipping, tracking should be provided.”

“Not at all happy with the stamp. Coverage is patchy even when following all instructions. Ink bleeds after a few hours and leaves marks on the skin days later. Stickers are ok.”

“The ink seems to wear off after a few washes and is very expensive for a small amount. I had to buy more ink after only 20 or so stamps. The name tags were dull in colour. One thing I did like is the label stickers which are wearing well so far and look cute.”

“Too many negatives associated with this order to be happy with the product itself (which is cute - but some downsides there, too). It took one full month to receive a small envelope in the mail, across the Tasman. This is way too long, even in a COVID environment, and untracked post in 2022 is not acceptable. The labels look nice and took some time to apply, but the effect is good. We have had several fail after only one wash/dishwash though, and we followed the instructions to the letter, so that's not ideal.”

“Website looks cute and I was excited about my order. But it has been nearly 6 weeks and I still have not received my order. Please don't make it look like this is a NZ business with the .co.nz domain when actually the products are coming from Aus. The whole reason I ordered from Tinyme.co.nz was because I thought they were coming from New Zealand. It has actually caused a lot of stress in our household because I have a kid starting school and a kid starting daycare and I wanted to get all our stuff organised - because we didn't receive the labels, we have had to do all sorts of interim solutions with all of the shoes, clothing, pencils, bags, hats etc etc etc that we have to send along every day. Getting organised for this huge transition for us was a big part of managing the stress and taking care of my mental health. The labels were a big part of getting ready and organised. It has really been a pain, and I really have not enjoyed my experience with TinyMe. Very misleading and disappointing.”

“Everything looks beautiful but iron on name labels have mostly fallen off in the first or second wash. Name puzzle block pattern backing starting to come away after first play with bubs putting it in mouth. Although there was very quick production and dispach of the products, which look great, I unfortunately don't think I'd buy from here again due to lack of quality causing above issues”
