“I ordered the free stickers of the day on 7/27 and didn't receive them until 8/15. I don't know if that's standard shipping times for this company, but to me that was an unnecessarily long time to wait. When they arrived the quality was nice and I really do like the product, I just hope shipping times improve in the future. :)”

“Cute design, but poor print quality ' horizontal banding across most of sticker sheet. Images are not very crisp. Stickers are much smaller than I expected, even with the photo for scale on product page.”

“I sent an email at least a day or two ago inquiring about my order, which was supposed to arrive a week ago and I had not received as much as shipping update. I never received a response to my email, but did get an auto generated email today that my order (name labels) would be here soon. I replied to THAT email advising I had still not heard from them regarding my email, how late my order was, OR another order I placed for my nephew. Still no response. I received my order today and one set of labels was just in an envelope. They were bent and while they're still (probably) usable (they're the book labels so should stick) I'm insanely disappointed at the overall customer experience. I work in Customer Service and not responding to emails is just not acceptable. Packaging products cheaply is also not acceptable. Your products are cute, but I can get 'cute' from a lot of places.”

“Horrible service. Shipment took almost a month. Quality of actual product wasnt worth the wait. I would suggest ordering from another vendor. Tinyme.com did absolutely nothing to rectify the situation.”

“My only complaint with the process was that shipping took quite a bit longer than originally anticipated. Original ship date was August 6-8, but order didn't arrive until August 14th. And I emailed customer support on August 10th and didn't receive anything until August 14th, when my item was set to deliver the same day.”

“I have not received my order though the tracking information apparently states otherwise. I have not been provided with a tracking number so that I can contact the post office or been offered a replacement order. Very frustrating.”

“Good concept, could be better quality. The printing on our labels were quite blurry and not at all crisp like the photos on their social media and website are. We've ordered similar labels from other companies in the past, and find those to be of much higher printing quality, which is necessary when small children will be reading the labels.”
