“This service is awful! I ordered my product and paid on July 29th 2018. On August 3rd, I received an email saying it is completed packed and ready to be shipped. I was supposed to receive the items at the latest on August 10th, when the package didn't arrived I looked at the tracking information, the company did not even get the package to the shipper till August 8th. The new estimated delivery was August 10th-August 14th. Today is August 20th and still no package. It has been 10 days since the originial (expected latest delivery date from purchase). I contacted the seller via email (because they do not answer phone calls and messages- I know because I called) it took them a few days to respond and all they sent in reply was an automated email with the tracking number again . This tracking number has been no help the package has been in Georgia and Tennessee for the last week when I look at the information. I am disputing this product with Paypal (since I used PayPal to purchase). Very upset, items already labeled. Want refund!! Will NEVER order from this company again. Awful customer service! Well to be correct ABSOLUTELY NO customer service!!!”

“Disputed it being 'free' plus shipping, I don't feel they are even worth the paid shipping. It took forever for them to get here, and the envelope they were sent in was just a big envelope and so the bottom half are bent. I'm interested to see if they do stay on my sons bottles and other items he will take to daycare and will be washed daily.”

“Stickers work great and so far seem to be holding up well only downside is shipping took forever. I got the email they shipped and they were finally delivered 2 weeks later.”

“The product arrived nearly a week after the original projected delivery date on the original order. Therefore, it wasn't here on time for a little girls 1 year birthday party. Once it finally arrived, I was disappointed in the quality of the product. The laminate is already peeling off the puzzle and I haven't even given it to them yet. Would NOT recommend.”

“I ordered my son's labels on 7/27 and today is 8/16 and I STILL don't have them. Apparently even though their website says USA the labels are shipping from Australia! They don't tell you this though. Their estimated arrival date for me was Aug 10th and here we are 1 week later and I still don't have them. If you plan to order their products don't expect to get them for at least a month. Other than that the labels themselves are cute.”

“The product was about what I expected, but the delivery time is why I did not give them a higher rating. The shipping date changed multiple times. Also, I was surprised to see just two sheets of labels for $25. I am hoping they hold up well so that they don't need to be replaced often.”

“I was very disappointed in the processing and shipping time. Both of my orders arrived after their delivery dates and they arrived on the same day even though one order was placed three days before the other. Shipping and processing took about three weeks.”
