“Ordered 2 name puzzles for my nieces. I have a name puzzle for my daughter from a few years ago. The quality and design of my first puzzle far surpass the puzzles recently ordered. Wood blocks with the letters had paper edges looking very unfinished. The box for one puzzle had the flower covered paper top coming off. I had to glue it back on myself.”

“I liked the labels, they seem good quality. But there aren't enough instructions on iron on and shoe toppers. Also I ordered 3 sets and one had more plastic labels than iron on. It wasn't distributed as the others.”

“I ordered two puzzles for my sons first Christmas gifts this year, and the gift packaging was completely destroyed. I tried emailing to see if I could be sent another box and never heard back. Just disappointed because I can't just wrap the puzzle by itself. It needs to be in a box.”

“We got the product almost a week after it was promised, and customer service didn't really seem to care. I emailed them and they said 'maybe it will come today.' (It didn't come that day). I was really disappointed that they didn't care at all.”
