“I take my 3 grandsons (ages 2, 3 and 4) to the library on a regular basis. I ordered the library bags because carrying the books in my bag just got to be too heavy! The bags just arrived. I love them! The canvas is top quality and the straps large enough so they can tote the bags over their shoulders. The custom patch is actually printed on, so it should hold up better than a sewn-on patch. I can't wait to give them to them at Christmas and then start using them!”

“I'm still waiting on my purchase but after my package was lost in the mail, I reached out to Tinyme. The customer service representative was attentive and kind as she researched into the package and post office. I have a new order that I'm excited to receive! Thanks for all your help and time! I will definitely recommend this company to others and order again!”

“I'm very disappointed in the service. I have not received my order which was suppose to arrive over a week ago and no updates on the order have been provided. When I have tried to contact tinyme.com I have not been able to reach anyone and have not received any communication from the company. Want my money back.”

“My order took 3.5 weeks to arrive without any communication on the delay. The product finally arrived and the labels are not washing machine or dishwasher safe as they indicated. All the labels are falling off the clothing on a delicate wash. Very disappointing. I was served this ad on Facebook and wanted to try the company out. I should have stuck with Mabel's labels who offer a quality product and experience.”

“I paid for my order to be rushed. I received it 5 days after the expected delivery. I then contact Tinyme asking to be refunded for the rush fee I paid. I never received a response. The type is also off center on my daughter's label. TinyMe is more expensive than similar brands. I had a great experience before but am very disappointed in my $60 order. Next time I will look to do business with a company who can at least respond to a customer's service request.”
