“When creating my order, I initially typed in my shipping address wrong, so I called to correct it. When I got the shipping confirmation email, my address was still wrong! So it was unclear whether or not I'd actually get my order. I did get the package in the end, but it took much longer than it should have. The representatives I spoke with and emailed were friendly and helpful, although it was difficult to get in touch due to the time difference.”

“It took almost 3 weeks to get our name tags. I got them from the Letter of the Day promo so this may be why it took so long. I will say that they are worth the wait.”

“Loved the look of the labels online. The time it took to receive the labels was ridiculously slow and the package came all bent which means the labels were no in perfect condition. I expect more when it take over 2 weeks for labels.”

“Although the stickers are great I'm a bit disappointed that I paid extra shipping to get my labels by Aug 18th and instead I received them on the 22nd.”

“Please improve delivery estimates. The labels were a week past the estimated delivery date. Back-to-school labels do no good if they come after the first day of school.”

“My order didn't arrive on time as originally said when i ordered and Customer Service (Bridget Black) didn't do anything to rectify other than \sorry\" and when I suggested compensation - they said they could only do a discount on the next order.”
