“Never received my two sticker name sets”

“Stickers not received after 6-7weeks. Emailed customer service and was told already posted out but no tracking number. Buy at your own risk in case it doesn't arrive.”

“Item was lost in transit, never delivered Customer service was helpful but could not resolve problem apart from refunding my credit card. Would suggest an option to track item other than sending it untracked.”

“Unfortunately didn't receive my order. While customer service was great in confirming the loss of items and then processing a refund, I had a very disappointed child who didn't receive the stickers they fondly asked for.”

“I ordered a large order on the 3rd august and I’m YET to receive it. Your customer services team were slow to reply to my emails with email exchanges taking at least two days to be returned. I replaced my order and again am still waiting to receive. Due to this reason I will not be using tinyme or recommending.”

“Never got the stickers ordered - was the worst service ever Website initially wasnt working Then days later ordered Then waited 3 weeks for delivery and queried many times and no response multiple times. Had to chase up 3 times. Said we are busy etc Always got excuse that dhl post it should come soon, it’s not tracked etc Team kept asking us to wait a few more days School started and even waited extra 10 days still nothing Finally got a refund Still not got them! Ordered with right star and got them in 3 days”
