“I waited for my package to arrive for almost 2 weeks when I emailed tinyme about the tracking to which they said the package cannot be tracked unfortunately and to give it 2 more weeks as package sometimes got delayed. Waited and after 2 more weeks still nothing I emailed them again, where they apologised and said they can send me a replacement or a refund. I replied to proceed with replacement. No reply from them. Emailed again a few days asking if replacement was sent, if not I'd rather get a refund then. No reply. So in short, don't purchase from them.”

“My ORDER NUMBER: 5000471697, was not delivered since the dispatch was done on 1 July 2022. Utterly disappointed as I do not hear from Tinyme despite multiple emails follow up.”

“Couldn't attach the lunch bag to the pocket of the bag and the lunch bag fell off the moment we lift the bag. The design didn't work out at all. The material gets dirty easily. Its only been few weeks.”

“I placed my order on May 24th, the website indicated it would be received around June 9th and it still has not been received. I had ordered early as I needed the labels for my kid's summer camp. I have had to order from another company as time was an issue and received the product in four days. I have written a few times and the person who responded was courteous and tried to be helpful but the end result is that I have not received the product I have paid for and I am very disappointed. I will not order from this company again.”

“It has been about a month since I placed my order and I still have not received my delivery and no clue as to when I can receive. With the price paid, I would expect tracked delivery to track the package and if it’s missing.”

“The wall stickers are very difficult to use. They are not cut or only 10% cut, hence we are not able to peel the stickers at all. Had to resort to cutting the stickers with a scissors for all the stickers. That resulted in the stickers having frayed edges. In the end, we decided not to use the stickers at all.”

“Really, really bad experience. No mention of untracked delivery but charging a fee desite high cost purchase. My order was lost in the mail and hard to get a response when asked for refund. Extremely horrible!”
