“Products are unique and of good quality. Shipping packaging could be improved to ensure items arrive in tip top condition. However when feedback was given with photos, a replacement was sent. Customer service was great!”

“The pictures that I had printed didn’t turn out at all like how a normal picture would look. If I had known the magenta ink would be OVERPOWERING (our faces look extremely red in every single picture) I would have just ordered directly from a local printer and not spent so much on this (had to pay additional GST as well…..). Am saying this because I’m in the print industry as well and I know when the printer colours are super off. They could have done a mock up / test print to ensure colours are almost accurate to actual images. On top of that, my pictures kept dropping from the wall…… I am guessing it’s because my wall is not “smooth” or it might be the paint, and I had to add on my own tape.. could have been clearer in marketing this. Utterly disappointed and I will probably not purchase again.”

“Order had been lost twice and I have yet to receive my order . Whilst customer service is helpful, the lead time for response is not great . If Tinyme provides international shipping as well as charges for it , the courier they engage should be more reliable . Also , given an international customer base, their customer service should be more responsive. Whilst product ordering is easy , delivery and after sales is less than desirable.”

“I loved the quality of the puzzles, difficulty level and the customisation. However, I would suggest that the packaging be improved with something harder like a box for delivery. My colourful packaging looked squashed and terrible by the time it reached me. I felt bad reusing the box for my birthday gift to my niece and had to re-wrap it myself.”

“The stickers are great and I love the designs/colours! But the fabric stick-on labels are not adhering very well, they are dropping off after just one wash - not sure if it’s a common issue that consumers face!”
