“Ordered my aunt a box in November to her house for her Xmas present. Found out on new year it never arrived. Offered a full refund and free delivery if I was to buy another box but kind of too late for that. Highly disappointed.”

“Lovely gift box, contents fabulous but packaging let you down, really don't want to see that plastic bubble wrap. No need in such a sturdy box, a paper alterative would have got that 5th star.”
