Received a martini tipple box last year as a present & loved it. Bought the Espresso Martini box this October as a birthday present to my wife. Both cocktails included were poor, didn’t taste how they should or particularly very nice, very disappointed.

Bottle of tonic water had leaked and ruined the box and one of the miniatures, however, the ruined items were replaced within days when I complained about them. Very good response.

I am really disappointed to hear that a bottle of tonic water leaked. We do package our boxes as securely as possible but unfortunately bottles do on occasion leak. I cancelled my subscription as the contents was too similar to the previous months. I wanted variety. Cheers.

As discussed with customer services dept, extremely disappointed that the Mojito box contained dark spiced rum rather than a white rum that the emailed promo photo and the recipe leaflet showed.

I don't like bloody Mary or Moscow Mule and neither does my partner so will be using the ingredients for a bolognaise and use the vodka for something else.

Each order that has been delivered has been late and I have had to chase up to try and find out when it will arrive, could be the company they use to deliver but not great either way.
