“To be honest, i did not know what to expect from a tire company that has the best prices and free shipping. Without going into my particular circumstances, i made a mistake in ordering my tires for my UTV. I placed the order on a Friday evening, realized my mistake on Saturday afternoon and sent an email to customer service to cancel or exchange my tires for a larger size. I received an email on Sunday saying it was to late, the tires shipped. He also said that he would try to get them back from FedX. On monday, I Chatted on line with a rep. and he advised to order the right size and return the other tires when they arrive. I agreed. Long story short, i received my correct tires on Wednesday and never saw the incorrect tires, they succeeded in stopping the shipment. I received a total refund 4 days later! The tires are freshly manufactured and mounted with no problems. thank you, tony”
