“This is my second order that I have placed. Best price and quick shipping The only complaint that I have is the requirement to sign for the tires. I chatted with customer service via message and they said that they already shipped and nothing they could do. I called Fed-ex and asked that I not have to sign since I was out of town for work. Fed-ex said that TiresShipped2you would have to authorize this. I told Fed-ex I paid for the tires and I don’t want the required signature they wouldn’t budge. I try to chat again with TiresShipped2you and they closed for the day. I took additional time out of my day to deal with this problem. I instructed Fed-ex not to deliver the tires until Saturday which I would the be home. An option should be given at checkout to have a signature or not.”

Brian, We appreciate the repeat business! Thank you for the feedback, as a new site we are always looking for ways to improve our customer experience. We will look into that with FedEx, we have been told before that we can't remove the signature once it is shipped. The signature at $750 is a threshold that is set by the companies that process the payments to cover both us and the customer. But we love the feedback and will continue to better our processes and experience.

“I originally placed an order for tires, but they were the incorrect size. Canceling and reordering was very easy with the fast customer service I received. After the correct order was placed, the tired were shipped the next day and arrived the day after shipping. I would highly recommend!!”
