“My experience with Titanium Jewelery was excellent. It was the best customer experience I have ever had. There was a problem with my order but it was quickly rectified and then there was a constant stream of communication between Ron and myself to let me know what was doing on. “I love Titanium Jewelry. I bought my husbands wedding band through them almost 5 years ago and when the ring tarnished they fixed it for us in no time at all. We still love the ring and the customer service is great.”

“Product is perfect. UPS shipment required signature so after three failed delivery attempts I had to go to them and pick it up which was a nuisance. Get yours delivered to work if possible.”

“I am a return customer at titanium jewellery and I must say that there service is excellent. It took about a week from placing my order to having it turn up at my door. They even include a return form with your order if your ring does not fit right or you are in any way unhappy, you can send it back, noting your complaints, and they will send you a new ring free of charge.”

“Sizing a bit hard to decide even knowing the ring size to be ordered, depending on style of ring, went with my gut instinct and was very satisfied with my purchase. will definitely order again!!!!”
