Hi Dave, Apologies for any delay on your parcel, just checked and it was delivered yesterday at 8:04 am. We see the was a delay as no house name or number was put on the order when purchasing but Parcel Force resolved this. Any problems at all please do not hesitate to contact us and we can help. “Recently ordered 2 headlamps and 2 number plate lamps for my T5. Headlamps arrived number plate lamps didn't. Contacted seller who assured me they were in the headlamp box. I've been unable to find them. Contacted seller again and it's all gone quiet. Order came to nearly £250. I would of expected some kind of offer to sort this disagreement out. Its a shame because the headlamps are great and I did intend on ordering again but probably won't from this seller now”

Hi John, we are very sorry you are unhappy with this order. Our team have double-checked the cameras and the small number plate lights went into one of the headlight boxes wrapped in bubble wrap. Unfortunately, as these have been sent and marked as delivered we cannot send out another pair.

“I bought an indicator light for my truck from tnv and e mailed me that they had sent by Royal email 24 ,but am now in my third week and I have not received the part, I have requested for a refund of my money and nobody is bothered to contact me regarding the failed sale, possibly its just a fake parts website”

“Unacceptable, purchased goods on the 5th, parts were to be delivered within 48hrs. Tracking number provided, tracked goods to Colchester at 17:08 on the 6th where they have been since according to the tracker. Date today 10th and still no parts. Contacted TNV on Friday, only to be told the parts are now in Grantham and will TRY deliver Monday the 11th. Totally unacceptable, if they can’t deliver within 48hrs as promised how do you trust them to deliver at all. In the meantime I am losing money as my van is off the road. Had to let my customers down on Monday due to my van still being off the road. I certainly will be thinking twice before doing business with them again. I should have gone with europarts even though they were more expensive, at least I would be back on the road. Invoice states shipping method …..EXPRESS what a joke!!!”
