“Beware!!!
Toast clothing sent me the wrong item and refused to send me the correct item unless I paid for it a second time.
I started the resolution process with PayPal and Toast said they would not refund me unless I dropped the PayPal dispute. I said I'd drop it when I received my refund.
They have long since received the incorrect item that I returned to them, so they have no grounds for refusing my refund. I NEVER RECEIVED THE PANTS I ORDERED and they said unless I drop the dispute it might take 75 days for them to process the refund.
I'm shocked they get away with this and are able to stay in business. The website photos are beautiful, but deceiving.”
“canceled and order ten min later and they said they could not accommodate my request. I am left trying tonavigate DHL to return a package they shipped KNOWING IT WOULD BE RETURNED and not caring that the customer had to do the work. Would never even LOOK at their site after this fiasco.”
“The journey that commenced as a hopeful investment opportunity took a sharp turn towards devastation, resulting in a loss of $97,100.
Discovering that I had fallen victim to a scam left me grappling with a mix of emotions - embarrassment, anger, and a sense of uncertainty regarding my next course of action. Amidst my quest for a remedy, I stumbled upon RANGEPRO.ORG, a company that initially gave me pause.
Their professionalism, however, shone through brightly. Right from the start, their team treated me respectfully, articulated the recovery process in a transparent manner, and steered clear of making any grandiose pledges.
Their consistent communication and efforts to keep me informed throughout the process were a reassuring presence.
To my pleasant surprise, their endeavors bore fruit by successfully recovering a sizable portion of the funds I had previously deemed lost forever.”
“Beautiful pieces, each one created by hand and well made. Toast clothing are forever pieces, I love the ethics this company hold, each piece will last forever due to the excellent quality of the textiles used.
Although the euro price does seem inflated, but I reckon you can blame Brexit on that.”
“Ordered a jacket. When it arrived it looked nothing like the photos on the website. Fabric felt cheap and had a bit of a shine to it.
Ditch the “trendy” photos online with moody lighting and just show the products.”
“I have purchased 3 pairs of trousers from here over the last 2 years. 2 of them have ripped, 1 ripped the first time I wore them. The returns procedure is really complex that it makes it not worth sending them back as you are not sure if they will replace them so you might as well get them fixed yourself. They also give you a refund rather than sending you a new pair, but this is once they have decided whether it is a manufacturing fault or not. Which is clearly is from the pictures I sent in. For the price that you pay for these clothes! To then have to get them fixed myself! I think is outrageous. Primark clothes last longer.”
“Did you know that TOAST marks up their clothing 50% for US and Canadian customers? Just check for yourself by going to the UK TOAST site. For example, the neat wool cardigan is 135 pounds. If I purchase this item in the US it is 230 dollars: that converts to nearly 200 pounds! Same item, largely more expensive!”
“Website offered free postage, however this was not the case if you had one sale item in your bag even if the order was over £125. Has since been amended online.”
